RICS Homebuyer Survey and Valuation Report
A nine page detailed report carried out on behalf of the purchaser. The Survey covers all major items including the general fabric, services, site, general condition and recommendations.

The RICS Report can often be combined with a Building Society Valuation Report as we are Panel Valuers for most leading Building Societies and Banks and can provide a package which ultimately saves duplication of fees.

A Building Society Valuation is solely to advise on the suitability and value of a particular property for mortgage purposes only, on behalf of the Lending Institution.

The importance and benefits of a private Home Buyer Report cannot be over emphasised in that it offers additional information over and above the normal Building Society Valuation and is carried out on behalf of the purchaser.
