The Lee, Shaw Partnership is a privately owned Practice now established for over 40 years. From origins in the early 1960's as Lee, Shaw & Millsum, the firm has grown with a network of offices covering the West Midlands, South Staffordshire and North Worcestershire. The firm has expanded with Specialist Departments and ongoing expansion continues with our newly opened New Homes Sales Office and a brand new Office in Hagley, in the heart of the village. This will further improve The Lee, Shaw Partnership's commitment to provide the best coverage from prime office locations.
The Lee, Shaw Partnership have a dedicated and long established team of Professionals with a vast knowledge spanning decades within the property market from all office locations waiting to assist and advise in all property disciplines from Residential Sales, Residential Lettings, Land Sales and Acquisitions, Planning Advice, Probate and Matrimonial Matters, Valuations for Tax purposes and Commercial property matters.

Our Specialist Survey Department is accredited with SAVA and offers all types of valuations and survey advice on residential properties throughout the West Midlands, South Staffordshire and Worcestershire ranging from a short valuation certificate through to a detailed building survey. There is also a Professional valuation service to Solicitors, Executors, Trustees, Banks and Building Societies. The Lee, Shaw Partnership assists in the administration of Probate Matters.

Based at Stourbridge office, heads residential matters both on valuations and sales of all types of Residential property and specialises in Land Acquisitions and sales for many local, major and national house builders. Peter is assisted by Senior Staff, Miss. Bonita Smith, Mrs. Pat Green, Mrs. Sarah Jordan and Mr. Martin Hadley.

Based at Hagley office. This Office offers a full range of Agency and Professional services in relation to property matters. In addition, The Lee, Shaw Partnership deals with compulsory purchase compensation claims and the Industrial and Commercial consultancy also operates a search and acquire service, finding properties of all types to suit retained clients requirements.
Robert is assisted by Mrs. Amanda Bailey-Allen, Miss. Joanne Walford, Miss. Aimee Bowen and Mr. David Tilley.

Manager of Lettings Department
Has vast experience over many years in the Property Management field and heads the Lettings Department for the Practice. Mark is assisted by Miss Laura Taylor and Mrs. Kathleen Raybould
Mr. Andrew M. Jackson F.N.A.E.A. CertREA
Manager of Kingswinford
Office
Heads residential sales and valuations based at Kingswinford Office, together with New Homes Sales for the Practice. Andrew has wide ranging experience in all residential matters spanning almost three decades and has been well established in Kingswinford for the last 15 years. Andrew is assisted by Mr Ben Jones and his Senior Staff, Mrs Tracey Holloway and Mrs Sally Smith

Partnership Secretary
Is responsible for the Practice administration
and accountancy needs. He is assisted by Mrs.
