Our intimate knowledge of the local market makes us ideally placed to carry out land appraisals to provide Builders and Developers with detailed information on POTENTIAL SELLING PRICES, SUITABLE HOUSE TYPE MIXES, PROJECTED SALES RATES and so on.

Land Acquisitions and Sales

We have a healthy turnover of BUILDING LAND from LARGE GREENFIELD SITES through to REDEVELOPMENT LAND or so-called BROWNFIELD SITES, right down to SINGLE PLOTS.

We are always on the look out for land to add to our potential "LAND BANK" and if you have a piece of land that you think might be suitable for development, we will be happy to carry out a FREE APPRAISAL. If suitable access exists and where Planning permits, even A LARGE REAR GARDEN CAN BECOME A VALUABLE BUILDING PLOT.
